General Guidelines
Purpose
This community exists to create a space for meaningful conversations, creative expression, and personal breakthroughs. It is designed to support connection, collaboration, and growth in a respectful and intentional environment.
Expected Conduct
All participants are expected to engage with respect, honesty, and consideration for others. This includes allowing space for others to speak, engaging in thoughtful dialogue, and approaching conversations with curiosity rather than hostility.
Disagreement is allowed and often valuable. Disrespect is not.
Prohibited Behavior
Behavior that undermines the safety or integrity of the space is not permitted. This includes harassment, personal attacks, repeated disruption of events, unauthorized recording or sharing of private interactions, and unsolicited promotion or solicitation.
Promotion & Collaboration
We value collaboration and visibility within the community; however, promotion is only permitted when explicitly invited or within designated opportunities. Members are expected to respect the structure of the space and avoid using it for unsolicited sales or outreach.
Privacy & Trust
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others. Personal stories, conversations, and experiences shared within the community should not be recorded, shared, or distributed without consent.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove content, issue warnings, or remove participants from the community at our discretion in order to protect the integrity of the space.
Final Note
This is a space built with intention. You do not need to agree with everyone, but you do need to respect the environment you are choosing to be part of.
Breakthrough Coworking
Breakthrough Co-Working is a structured, Pomodoro-style working session designed to support focus, accountability, and meaningful progress. By participating in this space, you agree to follow the structure and respect the shared working environment.
Structure of the Room
This is a structured co-working space that alternates between:
- Silent working rounds (25 or 50 minutes)
- Short check-in breaks (5 or 10 minutes)
Participants are expected to actively engage in focused work (occasionally guided work depending on the type of session) during working rounds and use breaks for quick check-ins.
Working Rounds
During working rounds, all participants must remain muted unless they have moved to a designated Collab or Do Not Disturb (DND) area.
Room moderators may mute participants at any time to maintain the integrity of the space.
The Collab area is available for brief, necessary conversation using spatial audio. The Do Not Disturb area may be used for private calls or situations where you cannot actively engage in the room. Neither of these areas are intended to be used for the entirety of our sessions as they do not allow for full participation.
Breaks & Check-Ins
Breaks are intended for quick accountability check-ins, not extended conversation.
The host will take inventory of completed tasks either verbally or through chat. Participants should share what was completed clearly and concisely.
Participation & Mindset
This is an active, accountability-based space. Participants are expected to:
- Come ready to work and stay focused
- Be engaged during both working rounds and breaks
- Respect the structure of the session
- Support others in a positive and encouraging way
Self-care tasks such as hydration, eating/nourishment, movement/exercise, or medication are encouraged and celebrated verbally, however, points are not awarded for those tasks.
Points System
Participants may earn one (1) point per meaningful task completed in their home or business.
Points are awarded based on completed actions, not volume or repetition. Tasks must represent intentional progress.
Points will not be awarded for passive activity, repetitive actions without meaningful progress, or participation that is not aligned with the purpose of the session.
Participants will earn a downloadable, keepsake badge for every 50 tasks completed.
Hosts and moderators reserve the right to determine what qualifies as a point-earning task.
Participants, their tasks, and accumulated points are deleted from the system if the participant does not attend at least one session within a 30 day period. Exceptions may be made for participants who communicate their absence to the host.
The host reserves the right to change the point system at any time.
Promotion & Invitations
This space is open and collaborative. You are welcome to invite others; however, please ensure they have been told the structure before joining.
Promotion of personal services, offers, or businesses, either verbally or via chat, is not permitted unless explicit permission is given.
Privacy
Co-working sessions are not recorded by the host.
Participants may not record, screenshot, or share any part of the session. Hosts may occasionally capture screenshots for educational or promotional purposes only.
Disruptions & Enforcement
If a participant shares a task that does not qualify for points, they will still be acknowledged and celebrated and may be redirected to the guidelines.
Disruptive behavior, including arguing about points or repeatedly disregarding the structure, will not be permitted.
Participants may receive a warning and be asked to leave for the remainder of the session. Continued disruption may result in removal from future sessions.
Hosts and moderators reserve the right to remove any participant at any time to protect the integrity of the space.
Final Note
This is a space for real progress.
Come ready to work, stay engaged, and use the structure to support what you came here to accomplish.
Soul Coffee Cafe (Morning Vibes Radio & Soul Saturday Morning Coffee)
The Soul Coffee Café is a space for connection, conversation, and presence. Whether you’re joining for Morning Vibes Radio or Soul Saturday Morning Coffee, you are entering a space built on respect, openness, and shared experience.
Structure of the Space
The Soul Coffee Café hosts a variety of experiences, including casual meetups, Morning Vibes Radio, and Soul Saturday Morning Coffee.
On Saturdays, the room locks at 9:35am Eastern Time and remains closed until approximately 10:30am Eastern Time to support the integrity of the conversation during Soul Saturday Morning Coffee.
Participation
Outside of scheduled programming, participation in this room is open and flexible.
During Morning Vibes Radio, participants are welcome to have cameras on, engage in chat, and use interactive features while listening.
During Soul Saturday Morning Coffee, the space shifts into a facilitated conversation centered around a monthly theme and question of the week. Participants are encouraged to listen, reflect, and share when they feel called.
Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to listen, and if you prefer to do so, you may indicate that in the chat.
Speaking & Engagement
Participants are encouraged to speak from their own lived experiences rather than offering general advice or commentary.
Back-and-forth conversation is welcome when appropriate, and participants may raise their hand if helpful in larger groups.
There are no strict time limits; however, participants are expected to be mindful of the space and allow room for others to share.
No one is required to respond to any question.
Nature of the Conversation
This is a space for personal reflection and shared experience. It is not a group therapy session, and nothing shared within the space constitutes professional advice of any kind.
Participants are expected to respect the tone of the space by avoiding unsolicited advice, speaking over others, or dominating the conversation.
Promotion
Promotion of personal services, offers, or businesses is not permitted during the session.
A designated connection segment at the end of Soul Saturday Morning Coffee may allow for brief sharing.
Use of the Space
The Soul Coffee Café is not to be used for personal meetings or business dealings of any kind, at any time.
Privacy
Soul Saturday Morning Coffee is a private, closed-room experience once the session begins.
There are no recordings of these sessions. Participants may not record, screenshot, or share any part of the experience outside of the room.
The host may occasionally take a screenshot for promotional or educational purposes and will always notify the group beforehand.
Outside of Soul Saturday Morning Coffee, when the room is open, privacy is not guaranteed.
Moderation & Disruptions
This space is actively facilitated. Participants are expected to engage respectfully with one another.
Disruptive behavior, including interrupting, belittling, mocking, or repeated disregard for the structure of the space, will not be permitted.
Participants may receive a warning and be asked to leave. In more serious cases, removal may occur immediately.
The host reserves the right to remove any participant at any time to maintain the integrity of the space.
Final Note
This space works because of the people in it.
Come as you are, be open when you can, listen when you need to, and respect the experience we are creating together.

Any hosted or linked space is subject to approval and ongoing review. The Network reserves the right to deny, remove, or disconnect any space that does not meet these requirements or falls out of alignment at any time.
9. STREAMYARD & CONTENT MANAGEMENT (IF APPLICABLE)
Hosts using the Network’s StreamYard account must comply with all usage limitations and policies, including restrictions on AI-generated clips and content handling.
Hosts are responsible for editing their clips prior to sharing and maintaining their content library in accordance with Network expectations, including periodic cleanup when required.
10. MONETIZATION
Simulcast Hosts may monetize their content and audience independently through their own platforms.
The Breakthrough Show Network does not claim ownership of Host-generated revenue. Revenue generated directly through Network platforms remains the property of the Network.
11. PROMOTION & NETWORK ALIGNMENT
Hosts may promote their own offers, services, and communities within their show.
Hosts must accurately represent their relationship to the Network and may not imply ownership, partnership authority, or official Network positions without approval.
12. PARTICIPATION & COMMUNICATION
Simulcast Hosts are expected to maintain active communication and engagement within the Network.
Attendance at monthly host meetings is required. If a Host is unable to attend, they are responsible for reviewing the replay.
Failure to maintain communication, attend required meetings, or fulfill show commitments may result in removal.
13. COMMUNITY BEHAVIOR
Simulcast Hosts are expected to conduct themselves professionally within all Network spaces, including their own show, other Hosts’ spaces, and the broader community.
Respectful interaction is required. Behavior that disrupts the environment or negatively impacts the Network may result in removal.
14. EXCLUSIVITY
Simulcast Hosts are non-exclusive and may operate, collaborate, and participate in other platforms or networks outside of The Breakthrough Show Network.
15. ENFORCEMENT & TERMINATION
Failure to comply with the expectations outlined in this policy may result in a warning, loss of access to Network tools or platforms, or removal from the Network.
Repeated failure to communicate, show up, or meet expectations may result in termination without refund. Immediate termination may occur in cases of severe misconduct.
Upon termination, access to Network platforms and tools will be revoked. The Network retains the right to continue using previously broadcast content.
16. FINAL NOTE
Simulcast Hosting is designed to expand reach while maintaining independence.
This structure allows Hosts to grow their platform while contributing to a larger network experience. Participation requires both personal responsibility and respect for the shared space.
